Melden & Hunt, Inc. designs to make the maximum use of the funds available. Our extensive knowledge of the wastewater treatment plant process allows us to make modifications and upgrade existing plant facilities expanding the plant capacity while at the same time improving effluent discharge quality. We do not follow "the tear down the old plant and construct a completely new plant" approach to plant upgrade and expansion. We have been successful in doubling plant capacity at costs less than $1.00/gallon. The picture above is of the City of Mission wastewater treatment plant, which was upgraded and expanded utilizing TWDB EDAP funding.
